Ascension Classic wrapped at Strong Life Training with Jared Davis McCall putting up the biggest total of the meet, finishing at 772.5 kg in the men’s raw junior 120 kg division.
Jared Davis McCall put up the biggest total of the meet in the men’s raw junior 120 kg division, finishing at 772.5 kg. He moved through the day steadily, hitting 285 kg on squat and 200 kg on bench before locking in 287.5 kg on deadlift.
In the men’s raw open 120 kg division, Brady Vareha took the win with 760 kg. He went 275 kg on squat and 200 kg on bench, then secured the class with a 285 kg deadlift. Max Moon made a push on the final lift with 292.5 kg—the biggest deadlift in the class—but finished just behind at 757.5 kg.
In the women’s division, Vladyslava Shaporda led by DOTS in the raw open 69 kg division with a 412.5 kg total. She went 150 kg on squat, 87.5 kg on bench, and 175 kg on deadlift to secure the win.
The Ascension Classic hosted by Strong Life Training came down to a handful of top-end performances, highlighted by McCall’s meet-best total and Brown’s 320 kg pull.
